How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you want. Most mentors spend 2–5 hours per week reviewing deliverables. You choose which projects to take on and set your own availability.
What do I actually review?
Teams submit deliverables at each project milestone — code, designs, content, strategy docs, whatever the project produces. You review it and leave written feedback with an approve or revise decision.
How do I get paid?
You set your rate per review or per hour. FursaFlow processes payment automatically when you submit your review approval. Funds land in your account within a few days — no invoicing required.
Do I need to be available for calls?
Not unless you want to be. Most mentorship on FursaFlow happens through written reviews. If you want to offer office hours or live sessions as well, you can add that to your profile.
What if my feedback isn't followed?
You have the final say on milestones. If a revision is needed, you flag it. The team can't move forward until you approve. Your authority is real.
Are there tax implications?
As an independent mentor, you're responsible for your own tax obligations. FursaFlow provides a record of all payments for your accounting. We recommend consulting a tax advisor for your specific situation.
