Welcome to FursaFlow. This guide will help you set up your Control Tower, post your first Live Op (Real-world project), and start identifying talent through verified proof.
What You’ll Accomplish

- ✅ Complete the compliance verification process
- ✅ Post your first Live Op
- ✅ Review applications via the Recruitment Dashboard
- ✅ Understand the Submission Review Terminal
Step 1: Create Your Account (1 minute)
Section titled “Step 1: Create Your Account (1 minute)”Sign Up
Section titled “Sign Up”- Visit the FursaFlow homepage.
- Click Sign Up and choose “I want to post projects and find talent” (Startup/Company role).
- Provide your professional details:
- Company/Organisation name
- Work email address
- Your professional role
- Age Verification: Confirm you are 18 years or older.
- Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox.
Step 2: Compliance Verification (2 minutes)
Section titled “Step 2: Compliance Verification (2 minutes)”To maintain the integrity of The Proving Ground, every company must undergo a 24-48 hour compliance review.
What We Need
Section titled “What We Need”- Company Identity: Official website and LinkedIn profile.
- Mission Statement: A brief overview of what your company does.
- Commitment: A statement confirming you will provide structured feedback on learner deliverables.
Step 3: Post Your First Live Op (2 minutes)
Section titled “Step 3: Post Your First Live Op (2 minutes)”Once verified, you can begin posting project challenges.
Project Setup
Section titled “Project Setup”- Click Create Project from your Control Tower.
- The Brief: Define the problem clearly. Avoid “classroom” tasks; focus on actual operational needs.
- The Arsenal (Skills): List the specific skills required to solve the challenge.
- Milestones (Sprints): Break the project into 2-3 focused work cycles with clear deliverables.
- Compensation: Clearly mark the project as Paid or Free.
Pro Tip
Section titled “Pro Tip”Start with a focused 2-4 week Sprint. This allows you to test a learner’s capabilities on a specific task before committing to longer engagements.
Step 4: Review Proven Talent (Daily)
Section titled “Step 4: Review Proven Talent (Daily)”Once your Live Op is public, applications will appear in your Recruitment Dashboard.
AI-Assisted Review
Section titled “AI-Assisted Review”Our system ranks applicants based on their verified history in The Log:
- Skill Match: How well their proven skills align with your brief.
- Success Rate: Their history of meeting deadlines and delivering to standard.
- Mentor Reviews: Feedback from senior experts on their past work.
Making the Call
Section titled “Making the Call”- Accept: Invite the learner to begin the first milestone.
- Interview: Use the internal chat to ask follow-up technical questions.
- Decline: Provide brief, direct feedback to help the learner improve.
Step 5: Review & Sign Off (During Project)
Section titled “Step 5: Review & Sign Off (During Project)”When a learner submits a deliverable, it arrives in your Submission Review Terminal.
Your Responsibility
Section titled “Your Responsibility”- Review: Check the work against the milestone requirements.
- Feedback: Provide direct, professional feedback (Industry Veteran tone).
- Approval: Once the work meets the standard, “Sign Off” on the milestone.
- Verification: Your approval triggers the entry into the learner’s Log.

Section titled “How much does it cost to post?”Community-focused Live Ops are free to post. Premium recruitment features and bulk project management may incur platform fees.
What is the expected time commitment?
Section titled “What is the expected time commitment?”You should expect to spend 1-2 hours per week per project reviewing deliverables and providing feedback.
Does posting a project mean I have to hire the learner?
Section titled “Does posting a project mean I have to hire the learner?”No. FursaFlow is a platform for work and verification. While many startups use it as a “trial run” for hiring, there is no obligation to offer employment.
Tips for Success
Section titled “Tips for Success”- Be Direct: Direct feedback is more valuable to a learner than vague praise.
- Define Success: Clear milestones prevent scope creep and ensure quality.
- Pay When Possible: Paid projects attract the most motivated talent.
- Maintain Quality: The value of The Log depends on your rigorous review.
