Welcome to FursaFlow. This guide will help you set up your profile and start your journey toward building The Log—your permanent, verified record of real-world experience.
What You’ll Accomplish

- ✅ Complete your professional profile
- ✅ Browse active Live Ops (Real-world projects)
- ✅ Understand how to deliver and earn proof
Step 1: Create Your Account (1 minute)
Section titled “Step 1: Create Your Account (1 minute)”Sign Up
Section titled “Sign Up”- Visit the FursaFlow homepage.
- Click Sign Up and choose “I want to build my verified record” (Learner role).
- Provide your professional email and a secure password.
- Age Verification: Confirm you are 18 years or older.
- Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox.
Step 2: Build Your Profile (2 minutes)
Section titled “Step 2: Build Your Profile (2 minutes)”Your profile is the foundation of your verified record. Complete the 4-step wizard to unlock all platform features.
1. Professional Identity
Section titled “1. Professional Identity”- Headline: Direct and skill-focused (e.g., “Full-Stack Engineer | Frontend & Backend”).
- Bio: Authentic and professional. Focus on what you can deliver.
- Photo: Use a clear, professional headshot.
2. The Arsenal (Skills)
Section titled “2. The Arsenal (Skills)”- Skills: Add 5-10 core competencies.
- Experience Level: Be honest. The Proving Ground is about growth, not perfection.
3. Learning Objectives
Section titled “3. Learning Objectives”- Target Sectors: Select the industries where you want to build your record.
- Commitment: State the realistic hours per week you can dedicate to Live Ops.
Step 3: Browse Live Ops (1 minute)
Section titled “Step 3: Browse Live Ops (1 minute)”Now, find your first challenge.
How to Browse
Section titled “How to Browse”- Navigate to Browse Projects from your dashboard.
- Use the filters to find work that matches your current skill set:
- Skills: Filter by your core competencies.
- Duration: Choose from short-term Sprints to multi-month projects.
- Compensation: View Paid vs Free projects.
What to Look For
Section titled “What to Look For”- Skill Match: Aim for projects with a 60% match or higher.
- Defined Scope: Look for projects with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Mentor Engagement: Check if the project includes direct review from a senior expert.
Step 4: Apply & Deliver (1 minute)
Section titled “Step 4: Apply & Deliver (1 minute)”Found a project? Here’s how to secure it.
The Application
Section titled “The Application”- Click Apply Now.
- The Pitch: Explain why you are the right fit for this specific challenge.
- Availability: Confirm you can meet the milestones and deadlines.
- Questions: Show you understand the problem by asking intelligent questions.
The Delivery Cycle
Section titled “The Delivery Cycle”Once accepted, you enter the professional workflow:
- Sprints: Complete milestones as defined in the project scope.
- Submission: Upload your deliverables through the platform.
- Review: Receive structured feedback from the Startup or Company.
- Verification: Once confirmed, the work is logged in The Log as verified proof.
Common Questions

Section titled “How many projects can I apply for?”There is no limit, but we recommend focusing on one Live Op at a time to ensure high-quality delivery. Your reputation in The Log depends on successful completions.
What if my application is declined?
Section titled “What if my application is declined?”This is part of the process. Startups and companies often receive multiple applications. Use the feedback (if provided) to strengthen your profile and keep applying.
How do I get paid?
Section titled “How do I get paid?”For Paid Projects, payments are released upon the successful completion of milestones, as agreed in the project scope.
