Rescheduling or cancelling a session

Open the appointment to suggest a new time or cancel it.

Notice periods

• Free sessions: 24 hours
• Paid consultations: 48 hours

If you reschedule within the notice period, your new time is sent to the mentee as a request. It only changes if they accept.

You can reschedule each session up to three times.
