Team quick start

Get from sign-up to your first brief.

Click Create your account on the FursaFlow homepage, choose Team, and follow the steps. See Creating your account.

Answer a short questionnaire about your business. You don’t need to upload any documents. You’ll need to be verified before you can post briefs. See Getting your Team verified.

  1. Go to the Projects hub and create a brief.
  2. Work through the six steps.
  3. Choose an Open brief (free to post; the work must mainly benefit the learner) or a Supervised brief (you pay the learners per milestone and fund a senior advisor).
  4. Describe a real problem you need solved. Avoid classroom-style tasks.

For a Supervised brief, you’ll pay at checkout before it goes live. See Posting a brief.

Find applications in Projects hub → Applications. Accept, reject or shortlist them one by one or in bulk. See Reviewing applications.

When a learner submits work for a milestone, review it and approve it or send it back with feedback. Approving gives the learner a Brief Record. If you’ve brought in a mentor as an advisor, they can help review, but only you can approve. See Milestones.

How much does it cost? Open briefs are free to post. For Supervised briefs, you pay the learners for their work and fund the advisor.

How much time will it take? Plan on 1–2 hours a week per brief for reviewing work and giving feedback.

Is this a way to hire? No. FursaFlow isn’t a jobs board and takes no hiring fee. If you later offer someone work, that’s between you and them.

  • Give specific feedback. It’s worth more than praise.
  • Set clear milestones so everyone knows what’s expected.
