Develop your own people. A mentor runs a programme under contract, against goals your organisation sets. Organisations don’t sign up online. We set up programmes with you directly.

Key terms

Brief : Real work a Team posts. An Open brief is free and must mainly benefit the learner. A Supervised brief pays the learner per milestone and funds a required advisor.

Mentor : Someone who does the job now. Only mentors can sign a Verified Skill.

Your record : Your credentials, each from a different source: a Verified Skill (signed by a mentor), a Brief Record (issued by a Team) and a Programme Record (issued through an organisation’s programme).

Challenges : Timed competitions a Team funds and judges. The prize money is held safely until the winners are chosen.

Honest feedback: direct and useful, not vague encouragement.
No hiring guarantees: we don’t charge hiring fees, and we don’t guarantee jobs.
18 or older: FursaFlow is for adults only.
What we are: FursaFlow connects learners, mentors, Teams and organisations. We aren’t an employer or recruitment agency.

Not yourself, so pick the role that fits best when you sign up. If you need to change it, contact support.

Is FursaFlow free?

Learners: browsing and taking on briefs is free. Mentorship is paid, unless you use a mentor’s free slot.
Teams: Open briefs are free to post. Supervised briefs pay the learners and fund an advisor.
Mentors: FursaFlow takes a commission on paid sessions, packages and subscriptions.
