Billing and payments

Go to Finances → Billing & payments in the sidebar to see your payment methods and everything you’ve paid for, including mentorship, subscriptions and events.

Adding a payment method

1. Click Add payment method.
2. You’ll be taken to our secure payment provider, Stripe. Enter your details there.
3. You’ll be brought back to FursaFlow when you’re done.

You can also manage payment methods from Account settings → Payment.

If a payment fails

If a subscription payment doesn’t go through, we’ll let you know by email and try the payment again automatically. If your card has changed, update your payment method.

When you’re charged

Mentorship packages, subscriptions and paid events are paid for when you book them.
