Creating Your FursaFlow Account

Joining FursaFlow is the first step toward building a verified record of your actual capabilities. Follow this guide to establish your account and enter the ecosystem.
Before You Start
Section titled “Before You Start”What You’ll Need:
- A valid professional email address.
- Proof of age (participation is strictly 18+).
- 5 minutes of your time.
Choose Your Primary Objective: Before signing up, identify your primary role in the ecosystem:
- 🎓 Learner - Build your record through Live Ops and Sprints.
- 🏢 Startup / Company - Post project challenges and find proven talent.
- 🧑🏫 Mentor - Share expertise and verify the next generation.
Step-by-Step Account Creation
Section titled “Step-by-Step Account Creation”Step 1: Visit the Sign Up Page
Section titled “Step 1: Visit the Sign Up Page”- Go to the FursaFlow homepage: https://fursaflow.com
- Click the Sign Up button in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Choose Your Role
Section titled “Step 2: Choose Your Role”Select the role that matches your primary objective. Note that each role has specific verification requirements.
Option 1: Learner
“I want to prove my skills and build my record.”
Option 2: Startup / Company
“I want to post project challenges and discover proven talent.”
Option 3: Mentor
“I want to share my expertise and verify deliverables.”
Step 3: Identity & Compliance
Section titled “Step 3: Identity & Compliance”Provide your professional details:
- Full Name: Use your real, professional name.
- Email Address: Use a professional email for verification and notifications.
- Age Verification: You must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Password: Minimum 8 characters. Use a strong, unique password.
Step 4: Terms & Disclaimers
Section titled “Step 4: Terms & Disclaimers”Review and accept the following:
- Terms of Service: Platform usage rules and jurisdictional compliance.
- Privacy Policy: How we handle and protect your professional data.
- Code of Conduct: Our standard for professional, direct, and rigorous interaction.
Legal Reminder
By creating an account, you acknowledge that FursaFlow is a marketplace intermediary. We connect talent with opportunities; we are not an employer, staffing agency, or educational institution. Success in the Proving Ground depends entirely on your performance.
Step 5: Email Verification
Section titled “Step 5: Email Verification”- Click Create Account.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from FursaFlow.
- Click the Verify Email button to activate your account.
After Account Creation
Section titled “After Account Creation”Once verified, you must complete your specific onboarding process to access the full Arsenal:
- For Learners: Complete your Personal Log setup and baseline skill assessments.
- For Startups: Undergo Compliance Verification to ensure project legitimacy.
- For Mentors: Configure your Command Centre and set your verification availability.
Account Security
Section titled “Account Security”Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)”We strongly recommend enabling 2FA via your Account Settings > Security. This protects your verified record and professional standing.
Password Management
Section titled “Password Management”- Use a unique password for FursaFlow.
- Change your password if you suspect any unauthorised access.
- Log out of shared devices immediately after your session.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting””Email Already Registered”
Section titled “”Email Already Registered””If you have an existing account, use the Forgot Password facility. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and will result in suspension.
”Verification Email Not Received”
Section titled “”Verification Email Not Received””Check your spam folder. Ensure the email address provided was correct. If it does not arrive within 10 minutes, use the Resend Verification option on the login screen.
