Section titled “🧑🏫 Mentor”Share your expertise and verify the next generation of talent. Mentors are industry practitioners who review project deliverables, provide structured feedback, and sign off on skills in The Log (the verified record).

Who Should Choose Learner?

- You are seeking hands-on experience on real business problems.
- You want to build The Log—a verified record of work reviewed by senior experts.
- You are transitioning careers or breaking into a new sector.
- You are done with simulations and want work that actually counts.
Not ideal if:
- You are seeking a guaranteed job offer (FursaFlow is a work platform, not a hiring agency).
- You cannot commit to professional deadlines and milestones.
- You prefer theoretical courses over practical execution.
What You Will Do

- Sprints: Work in focused cycles to deliver specific project milestones.
- The Log: Accumulate verified proof of your skills, reviewed by industry experts.
- Challenges: Compete in high-stakes skill showcases to prove your elite status.
Requirements

- Mindset: A professional commitment to delivering work on time and to standard.
- Verification: Basic email and profile verification required.

Who Should Choose This Role?

- You want to see how motivated learners approach your actual work.
- You value professional mentorship and community contribution.
- You want to discover talent based on proof, not just CVs.
Not ideal if:
- You are seeking free labour without providing guidance or feedback.
- You expect senior-level output without any briefing or context.
- You cannot commit to reviewing deliverables and providing feedback.
What You Will Do

- Talent Discovery: Review applications and select learners based on their verified records.
- Feedback Loops: Provide the structured feedback that completes the learner’s record.
- Challenges: Sponsor competitive sprints to find the best solutions to your problems.
Requirements

- Mentorship Commitment: You must provide a named person to oversee the project and give feedback.
- Fair Play: Adherence to our standards on Paid vs Free projects.
- Age: You must be 18 years or older.

Who Should Choose Mentor?

- You have 5+ years of verified industry expertise.
- You want to give feedback that actually changes what gets built.
- You want to earn income by sharing your professional judgment.
- You want to help learners build a record that lasts.
Not ideal if:
- You are looking for a passive income stream (mentorship requires active review).
- You prefer coaching on “soft skills” over reviewing technical deliverables.
- You cannot maintain consistent availability for reviews or sessions.
What You Will Do

- Skill Certification: Manually verify competencies demonstrated during Live Ops.
- Mentorship Packages: Offer structured programmes or recurring subscriptions.
- Expert Guidance: Conduct technical sessions to unblock learners on complex tasks.
Requirements

- Integrity: Honest, direct feedback is the core of FursaFlow’s credibility.
- Availability: Clear schedule management for sessions and reviews.
- Age: You must be 18 years or older.
Can I Have Multiple Roles?

- Learner + Mentor: Learn in new sectors while mentoring in your area of expertise.
- Startup + Mentor: Post projects for your company and offer independent mentorship.
- All Three: Full engagement with the platform’s “Real Work” philosophy.
