Ending or pausing a mentor engagement

• Pause: either you or the mentor can pause the engagement. No new sessions can be booked while it’s paused, and payments aren’t refunded. Resume it at any time.
• End immediately: you can end the engagement straight away.
• Mentor ends it: a mentor who wants to stop gives 14 days’ notice, or less if no sessions are booked.

While the engagement is active, the mentor is in your brief’s group chat and can help manage milestones. Only you can approve work and decide who’s on the brief.
