Managing mentee requests

To see new requests, click the request count on Mentors hub.

For each request, you can:

• Accept it to start the mentorship.
• Decline it, with a short reason.
• Shortlist it to decide later.

When you accept a free mentorship request, the learner’s free requests to other mentors are withdrawn automatically.

When a mentorship ends, you can complete it from the same page. See Completing a mentorship and certifying a skill.
