Getting a skill certified

A certified skill shows you’ve proven that skill to someone who has worked with you. It’s added to your record as a credential you can share.

How it works

Your skills are certified by a mentor or Team you’ve worked with, on a brief, through mentorship or in a free mentorship programme. They decide when you’ve shown the skill, so there’s no request button.

If you think you’re ready, ask your mentor or Team directly.

Once a skill is certified, you’ll find it in Hubs → Skills hub, and you can share it.
