Billing and payments

Go to Finances → Billing & payments in the sidebar. There are four tabs:

• Spending: what you’ve spent on briefs, subscriptions, advisors and challenge prizes.
• Earnings and Payouts: if you offer paid consultations, what you’ve earned and when you’re paid. See Appointments and scheduling.
• Subscription: your plan.

How payments work

• Supervised briefs are paid for at checkout, before they’re published.
• Challenge prizes are held safely until judging is finalised, then paid to the winners.
• Refunds appear in your transaction history.
