Types of appointment

• Interviews: with someone who’s applied to one of your briefs.
• General calls: free, informal calls, even before you’ve posted a brief.
• Milestone calls: a kickoff or review for a milestone.
• Consultations: paid sessions you offer, such as career advice or portfolio reviews.

Rescheduling and cancelling

• You can reschedule each appointment up to three times.
• Free appointments need 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Paid consultations need 48 hours.
• Within the notice period, a new time is sent as a request for the other person to accept.
