Inviting a mentor to advise your brief

An advisor is a mentor who coaches the learners on your brief and helps you keep the work on track.

How to invite

1. Open the brief.
2. Invite a mentor, and choose whether they’ll be paid or volunteer.
3. Choose whether they can help manage milestones. You can change this later.

Good to know

• You can have up to two advisors per brief, including invitations that are still waiting for a reply.
• If a mentor declines the same brief twice, you can’t invite them to it again.
• To send a paid invitation, you’ll need a Stripe account set up in Billing and payments.
