Messages

Go to Messages in the sidebar for all your conversations: direct messages with learners and mentors, plus a group chat for each brief.

When someone you haven’t talked to before messages you, it arrives as a message request. You can accept or decline it.

If you’ve brought in a mentor as an advisor, they’ll join the brief’s group chat too. See Inviting a mentor.
