How to get a job
with no experience.
You can't get hired without experience. You can't get experience without being hired.
Unless you do what companies actually want — proven experience from real work, not courses or certifications.
You Need Experience to Get Experience.
You graduate with a degree. You have skills. You apply to jobs.
The reply comes back — "Great candidate, but you need 2+ years of experience."
You think: "How am I supposed to get experience if no one will give me a job?"
You try an internship. It doesn't pay. It looks good on paper. You finish it. You apply again.
The reply comes back — "Great internship, but you still don't have enough professional experience."
The system wasn't built for you to break in. It was built to keep you out.
But there's a way through it — and it doesn't require another internship or 200 more applications.
Real work. Real teams. Real proof.
What if you could get professional experience before your first job? Not from a course, not from a tutorial, but from actual work for actual startups?

Why there are no success stories on this page.
Most sites in this category put three quotes here from people who got jobs. We don’t run placements, we publish no hiring rates, and we’re not going to invent the people.
What we can show you is the thing itself. When you earn a skill here, your mentor signs it and it becomes a public page anyone can open — the skill, who verified it, sessions delivered, and the work behind it. That page is the only proof we’ll put in front of you, because it’s the only one that isn’t just us talking.
Open a real credentialQuestions, answered.
Is FursaFlow free to join?
Yes. Creating a profile and taking on an open brief is free — you never pay to participate. Some briefs include a payment, which we actively encourage startups to add. You'll always know before you apply. Optional paid packages offer extra features if you want them.
How long does a project take?
It varies. Some run two to four weeks. Others are ongoing. Each listing shows the expected timeframe before you apply — so you can decide what fits your schedule.
Is this the same as an internship?
It's structured differently. You work on defined deliverables against milestones, with a verified record at the end. No coffee runs. No watching from the sidelines. You either deliver or you don't.
Will companies take this seriously?
They take it more seriously than a course certificate. Your record shows what you actually built, reviewed by a senior mentor, on a platform companies can verify independently.
Can I do this while studying?
Yes. Most briefs have flexible timelines and you choose what you can commit to. It's designed to work around a schedule, not replace one.
