A Short Project Looks
Good on Paper.

You did some projects. You got the experience. You put it on your resume.

But when you apply, companies say you need "more experience." That's because short-term projects and real experience aren't the same thing — and companies know the difference.

The Gap

Short-term project experience ≠
Professional experience

What a short-term project gives you:

  • A line on your resume
  • A reference from a manager
  • Network contacts
  • Exposure to industry
  • Sometimes a reference

What companies actually want:

  • Proven deliverables
  • Real project outcomes
  • Verified results
  • Specific skills demonstrated
  • Team collaboration proof

Plenty of short-term placements end without anyone senior having actually reviewed the work.

That is the difference a hiring manager is squinting for: not whether you did something, but whether anyone qualified looked at it and said it was good.

What Works

Real experience beats
Short-term project experience.

What if you could get the one thing short-term projects don't give you — real deliverables that prove you can do the job?

Real Projects

Work on real briefs from real teams, with real deliverables. Not shadowing — actually building something.

Verified Record

Every project gets logged with outcomes. You can show companies exactly what you delivered — not just where you sat.

Mentor review

Your work is reviewed by a mentor who vouches for your skills. That's the reference that actually matters.

What your FursaFlow Record includes

And why each piece matters to a company you apply to.

Verified Deliverables

Every brief you complete is logged with what you delivered, reviewed by a senior mentor, and added to your permanent record. Not self-reported — confirmed.

Mentor reviews

Senior professionals review your work and leave feedback. Their endorsement is what makes your record credible to other companies.

Skill Tags

Your record is tagged with specific skills — not self-reported, but confirmed by what you actually delivered. Hiring teams filter by these.

Shareable Profile

Your FursaFlow profile is a link you can put on your CV, LinkedIn, or email signature. One click and a company sees everything.

On proof

Why there are no success stories on this page.

Most sites in this category put three quotes here from people who got jobs. We don’t run placements, we publish no hiring rates, and we’re not going to invent the people.

What we can show you is the thing itself. When you earn a skill here, your mentor signs it and it becomes a public page anyone can open — the skill, who verified it, sessions delivered, and the work behind it. That page is the only proof we’ll put in front of you, because it’s the only one that isn’t just us talking.

Open a real credential

Questions, answered.

Are short-term projects worth doing?

Yes — if you get real work, not just coffee runs. The strongest short-term placements give you something a stranger can check. But if you're graduating without one, or yours was mostly observing, you need something else to show.

I already did some short-term projects. Do I need this too?

If your short-term project left you with real deliverables you can show companies, probably not. But if you're like most graduates who spent their short-term project watching rather than building, you need another kind of proof.

Is this just another short-term project?

No. You choose the briefs, work on real deliverables for a real team, get verified by a senior mentor, and build a record you own and control permanently — not a reference a company may never call.

Will companies take this seriously?

More seriously than a generic short-term project. Your record shows specific work, specific outcomes, and mentor validation — on a platform companies can verify directly.

Is FursaFlow free to join?

Yes. Creating a profile and taking on an open brief is free — you never pay to participate. Some briefs include a payment, which we actively encourage startups to add. You'll always know before you apply. Optional paid packages offer extra features if you want them.

Don't just look
Experienced.
